What affects the cost of the AllAbout application?

The final price is determined by two elements:

Number of employees in the company

We assume that the application will be implemented in companies with at least 200 employees. However, the larger the company, the lower the cost per employee

Number of functions in the application

The application must consist of a minimum of one function - internal communication. To it you can add other functions, with each additional function increasing the price.

How exactly is the price calculated in the calculator?

Monthly subscription

The price is a non-linear function of the number of employees and the number of features in the application. It was chosen so that a monthly subscription would be attractive to a company with 500, 2,000 or 10,000 employees.

One-time payment

The one-time payment is the equivalent of 25 months of subscription. The exception is the application where you choose only internal communication - the cost of the application with this one function only is €120,000

So what is the final cost?

For example – A company that has 200 employees and selects all the features in the application will pay less than €8000 per month. This is equal to the average monthly cost to the employer for one highly qualified employee.

On the other hand, a company that has 5,000 employees and selects all functions in the app will pay about €21000 per month.

It’s as if it hired 2-3 additional employees.

Is one such additional “employee” in the company worth the cost?
